Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Unelma Studios is an app design and development studio. For privacy questions, contact us at contact@unel.ma.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Unelma Studios is the controller of personal data described in this policy.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to this website and to mobile apps published by Unelma Studios, including apps listed on Google Play.

3. Personal Data We Process

We process only limited personal data: contact details and message content if you contact us, technical data needed to operate and secure our website or apps, and data you choose to provide inside an app when needed for the feature you use.

This website stores your language choice locally in your browser. That preference is not sent to us. You are not legally required to provide personal data, but we cannot reply without contact details and some app features may not work without required data.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising profiling unless a specific app clearly explains this and obtains any consent required by law.

4. Why We Process Data

We use personal data to respond to messages, provide and secure our website and apps, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Our GDPR legal bases are legitimate interests, contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligation, and consent where an app or feature asks for optional consent.

5. Sharing and International Transfers

We share personal data only when necessary with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, distribute, or diagnose our website and apps, or when required by law. We may also process data through app stores such as Google Play when you install or use our apps. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose described in this policy or as required by law. Contact messages are normally kept no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion by emailing contact@unel.ma. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS, access controls, and limited access.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Automated Decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Contact

To ask a privacy question or exercise your rights, email contact@unel.ma.
